In 2015 I finished my diploma thesis about testing software libraries using symbolic execution at the TU Dresden. After that, I joined the Systems Engineering group at TU Dresden and worked on distributed systems, especially publish-subscribe systems, until April 2016. Then I joined the Networked Embedded Systems Lab at TU Dresden, where I completed my doctorate in 2023 with my dissertation: Design and Real-World Evaluation of Dependable Wireless Cyber-Physical Systems.
I am now a scientist in the Networked Embedded Systems Lab at TU Darmstadt. My research focus is on low-power wireless communication and protocol design. I am particularly interested in dependable and efficient wireless communication in the context of cyber-physical systems and wireless control. Away from work, I am interested in almost all things technical, various sports, and different types of manual labor like woodworking. However, most of my free time is reserved for my kids. I do not collect stamps.
